The Niti Aayog has constituted two task forces which will recommend policy framework for enforcing contracts and effective conciliation mechanism. One task force will suggest facilitation of speedy resolution of contractual disputes between private entities and government and it will be headed by Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant.
The second task force will be headed by Niti Aayog’s Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar which will recommend a policy framework for the enforcement of contracts and have members from key ministries and departments.
